About 30th South Shields (Cleadon All Saints) Scout Group

The 30th South Shields (Cleadon All Saints) Scout Group serves Cleadon Village and the southern part of South Tyneside, meeting at All Saints Church Hall on Sunderland Road beside the village pond. Part of South Tyneside Scouts, it runs Scouting sections by age, including Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, giving children a chance to make friends, learn new skills and get outdoors through games, badges, camps and community activities. Weekly meetings run during term time, with a fuller programme of camps and days out across the year. As a volunteer-led charity, the group keeps costs low and offers help with subscriptions, uniforms and trips so that cost is never a barrier. The number of children a group can take usually depends on the number of adult volunteers, so new helpers are always welcome and full training is provided. Parents can find the group, check availability and register through the national Scouts join page or the South Tyneside Scouts website.
