This British Red Cross charity shop sits on King Street in South Shields town centre. It sells a good range of donated second-hand clothing for men and women including dresses, coats and jackets, along with shoes, boots and trainers, books, CDs, DVDs, homeware and bric-a-brac. The shop accepts card payments and welcomes donations of goods and volunteers. All money raised supports the British Red Cross, helping people in crisis both in the local community and around the world through the charity's humanitarian work. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 4.30pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
