About This Event
The final session of The Cultural Spring's free Autumn Arts Workshops at the Red Hackle in Jarrow sees Kerry Cook from The Art Room guide participants through making their own festive clippy mat, the traditional North East craft of hooking strips of fabric into hessian. No experience is needed and all materials are provided. Residents of Jarrow and Bede ward are especially encouraged. Spaces are limited: email info@theculturalspring.org.uk to book. A £2 voluntary contribution is encouraged.
