About This Event

Rosiefest is one of South Tyneside's best-loved grassroots music festivals — a sell-out, family-friendly day held in memory of Rosie that has raised more than £20,000 for local charities over the years. The 2026 edition runs from midday until 10pm at Harton & Westoe Miners Welfare, with live music across multiple stages and, new for this year, a dedicated dance tent in partnership with RESIDANCE. The line-up brings together a host of North East acts including Two Metres Apart, Paula and the Protons, Riveling and many more, spanning indie, rock and dance. There's food, drink and activities for all ages, making it a relaxed day out for families as well as music fans. The festival has sold out in previous years, so early booking is advised. All proceeds go to local charities chosen by the organisers.
