Harton Hop House is a micro bar at 181b Sunderland Road in Harton Village, a couple of miles from South Shields town centre, housed in a former ice cream parlour. As South Shields' second micropub, it showcases a carefully selected range of craft beers and ales alongside gin, whiskey and wine, with food such as charcuterie and cheese boards; Wednesday is pie and ale night.
