About Up North Pizzeria and Deli

Up North Pizzeria & Deli is South Shields' first Neapolitan-inspired pizzeria, based at Westoe Crown Village. The business began in 2020 with wood-fired pizza van pop-ups around South Tyneside before opening its permanent home. By day it operates as a deli serving cakes, savouries and coffee, while in the evening it serves Neapolitan-style pizza made with fresh homemade dough. Craft beer, wine and cocktails are available, and the venue offers both eat-in and takeaway.
