Cafe India is an Indian restaurant on Ocean Road in South Shields, established in 2001. Located at 200 Ocean Road in the heart of the town's well-known curry mile, it has served the people of South Tyneside and visitors for more than two decades, building a reputation for exciting flavours, fresh ingredients and attentive service, and says it has won numerous awards over the years. The restaurant opens in the evenings, serving a full Indian menu for dine-in as well as collection and delivery, and offers dedicated Android and iOS ordering apps. It is closed on Tuesdays.
